Just in case you were wondering, this is what I'm working on this evening!

Two batches of Raspberry Jam - finished!

 Sourdough bread started to let rise overnight.

 Cottage cheese processing, second to last stage (second batch - success of first batch).

 The result of my cottage cheese making (failure for cottage cheese, success for thick grainy yogurt).  If you really want to know what happened, just email me!

 Finishing second batch of dried apples - yum!

Yep, that was what I was doing all evening.  Well, maybe not all evening... I went shopping first!
